This module for registration agencies demonstrates how to access different Federal funds to support registered apprenticeship.  In this 15-minute video, multi-state navigator, Maria Brady, highlights when to utilize contracts to support registered apprenticeship instead of Individual Training Accounts (ITAs). The video also describes different contracting possibilities that sponsors, and registration agencies can utilize to support registered apprenticeship as well as describing the relative efficacy of on-the-job training (OJT) policies for registered apprenticeship program funding support.

This video explains why companies doing business with the federal government ask job applicants and employees to voluntarily self-identify if they have a disability and the important role that self-identifying plays in ensuring equal employment opportunity for people with disabilities.

This module will provide the regulatory basis for GI Bill benefits in Registered Apprenticeship.  You will also learn about the dollar amount of GI Bill benefits available in Registered Apprenticeship programs, and how to identify programs that have been approved for GI Bill benefits. This training video provides information about the rights apprentices have when applying for and participating in registered apprenticeship programs. This course is intended for apprentices actively participating in a registered apprenticeship program.

This rapid learning video includes four tips apprentices can use to network during their apprenticeship programs. Apprentices can also download a resource document that includes the tips and view a descriptive transcript for the video.
 

This module identifies and defines the three training approaches to Registered Apprenticeships and elaborates on how occupations and time frames are selected for registered apprenticeships. It also explores examples of Registered Apprenticeship programs and the impacts on business.

This module is designed to provide a brief orientation for sponsors on some of the responsibilities associated with successfully operating and administrating a Registered Apprenticeship program. The presentation provides some best practices related to running an apprenticeship program, including tips related to onboarding apprentices, sponsor recordkeeping, and mentorship.

This module provides the Sponsor with an overview of the Registered Apprenticeship Partners Information Database System (RAPIDS). Sponsors will become familiar with the components of RAPIDS and how to navigate within the system.
