At 'Train to Retain', Bucks and Montgomery County, PA employers will learn how to use WIOA Funding and Registered Apprenticeship to train new hires on hard skills, use 3rd party training to upskill employees, and turn short term employees into full time hires, as well as obtain the steps for using Registered Apprenticeship as a solution for hard-to-fill technical positions Connect with the county representatives for these funding streams and hear from our employer panel who have had success skilling and upskilling their workforce!
