Event Description

Southwestern Illinois College MFG Day is one of the largest in the Midwest, attracting high school students who are eager to see what hands-on learning is all about. -1,300 high school students attended, eager to explore the world of manufacturing. -35 local manufacturers set up at SWIC to showcase their impressive products and provide insight into employment opportunities. -15 local companies generously opened their doors for high school tours, providing an invaluable behind-the-scenes experience. Manufacturing employers are eager to hire individuals upon graduation from high school.
