Demystifying Apprenticeships: Developing your Roadmap to an Apprenticeship

HFC will host an open house under the National Apprenticeship Week daily theme “Expanding Registered Apprenticeship to Underserved Populations.” This event is intended to educate attendees about apprenticeships and offer the opportunity to connect with companies that offer apprenticeships or job opportunities that lead to apprenticeships. The event’s intent is to educate about training and employment opportunities at HFC that lead to rewarding careers in the skilled trades and advanced manufacturing. This open house will also have representation from student-led clubs that exist on Henry Ford College’s campus. Our 2022 event was well attended by students, parents, business partners, and staff. We want to build on the success of our past event, “Demystify Apprenticeships,” and expose future apprentices to the TOTAL Henry Ford College experience.
