Event Description

University’s Construction Career Day taking place on Friday, October 13th, 2023. We are following up with additional vital information with regards to the event and logistics for the day. we are expecting 750 local high school students for the event. The students will begin arriving in waves beginning at 8:30 AM at the University’s Stepan Center. In preparation for their arrival, we will be opening the center at 7:00 AM for participants to begin setting up at their assigned booths and/or outdoor demonstration spaces. The Construction Career Day will commence at 8:30 AM and conclude at 6 PM, with the time slot of 4 PM - 6 PM reserved for parents and community member interactions. The intention of this time is to familiarize and excite parents and community members with key information regarding the trades, such that they will be supportive of their child’s endeavors across the field.
