Pledge and Complaints Information Poster

The Office of Apprenticeship has developed a poster that sponsors may use to display both the EEO Pledge and complaints notice information in their workplaces. Sponsors who prefer not to use this poster can copy the EEO Pledge and complaints notice information into the documents they display to meet these requirements. '

• Letter-size notice (8 ½ x 11)
• Poster-size notice (11 x 17)

Before printing the poster, sponsors should finalize the notice by:

• Adding the name of their organization on the top half
• Inserting information for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) District Office and State/Local Fair Employment Practices Agency on the bottom half
  • Visit www.eeoc.gov/field and enter your ZIP Code to find the EEOC District Office.
  • Once you find the District Office, click on the “State and Local Agencies” link on the menu bar to find your Fair Employment Practices Agency.
