Introducing ECEPTS: National Industry Intermediary for Early Care & Education

Early Care & Education Pathways to Success was recently awarded an Industry Intermediary contract by the USDOL Office of Apprenticeship. A leader and trailblazer in encouraging widespread expansion of ECE Registered Apprenticeships, ECEPTS recasts entry-level ECE jobs as pathways to family sustaining wages and career advancement in ECE and related industries (e.g., social services, healthcare, preK-grade 3 education). In this live webinar, ECEPTS Founder and Executive Director, Randi Wolfe, PhD, presents an overview of the intermediary supports and resources ECEPTS can provide to communities and employers interested in promoting and sustaining Registered Apprenticeships to meet the professional development needs of the diverse and essential ECE workforce. She will also explain how the ECEPTS apprenticeship model safeguards its commitment to equity, access, and participant success in all aspects of program design and delivery.
