As businesses grow, so must the workforce. Retirements, career changes, COVID-19, and the lack of skilled workers are challenges that many businesses face today. This event is to discuss workforce issues using apprenticeships and a talent pool of skilled workers often overlooked, those with justice challenged backgrounds. In this meeting, we will discuss education and training, bonding, apprenticeship, needs of the employer, and benefits to the employer and potential employee-apprentice.
