Round Table

BEL held the first Roundtable of the first quarter, with the participation of approximately 12 employers. This event was made possible thanks to the collaboration of Arecibo Job Corps and the General Contractors Association of Puerto Rico. The event was aimed at the construction sector. As part of the agenda, Conexion Laboral Manatí-Dorado offered a detailed talk about the apprenticeship program and the registration process. Representatives from employers such as West LLC and Luma, who are already enrolled in the program, shared their experiences with the attendees. The event also provided employers with the opportunity to interview students who are in the process of completing their professional training, which resulted in 6 students being offered jobs, highlighting the success of the program in connecting talent with job opportunities.
