Event Description

It takes local governments an average of 130 days to fill positions compared to 36 days in the private sector, leading to challenges in providing key services such as transit and public safety. To help, NLC and the American Institutes for Research (AIR), have partnered to help local governments create registered apprenticeships in municipal roles.
