#EPIC Launch in Hamlin: A Pathway to Rural Workforce Revitalization

Celebrate National Apprenticeship Week with us on November 18, 2024, for the launch of the NLC/CAEL #EPIC initiative in Hamlin, Texas. This event highlights Hamlin’s strategic use of apprenticeships to support rural revitalization and economic development. Through panel discussions, a tour of Hamlin Collegiate’s apprenticeship-based programs, and networking sessions, participants will see firsthand how rural communities are building pathways to sustainable careers and community growth.
