The Chicagoland Healthcare Workforce Collaborative is hosting a webinar through the Career Pathway Programs Across the Nation Series featuring Ohio State University Physicians & Stepful. Hospital systems nationwide are struggling to fill frontline clinical roles and provide accessible opportunities for employees to advance. In response, more and more employers are working with training providers to build on-the-job training and apprenticeship models. Join Chicagoland Healthcare Workforce Collaborative for the first in a multi-session series to learn how an Ohio system built programs to upskill their incumbent workforce to meet critical shortages, and the lessons learned along the way. Learn about Ohio State University Physicians’ (OSUP) programs to upskill frontline staff to become certified medical assistants or licensed practical nurses.
