Event Description

Safal Partners has partnered with Jobs for the Future's (JFF) National Innovation Hub for DEIA in RA to share the Hub's framework for DEIA in RA Programs. This framework offers employers and RA sponsors field-informed program design elements and considerations for building systems, processes, partnerships, and practices that can drive DEIA in RA programs. While RA programs often serve as a critical access point to family-supporting jobs, the system still largely mirrors the patterns of inequality in the broader workforce through representation, wages, retention, and other measures of inclusion. Safal Partners and JFF are committed to offering best practices, guidance, and technical assistance to apprenticeship partners in our effort to foster equitable workforce development opportunities as U.S. Department of Labor RA Intermediaries. Join us to learn from Subject Matter Experts and understand how to move forward in this important work.
