Event Description

IEC Pennsylvania, in collaboration with Partners for Career Development, will host a Central Pennsylvania event at one of electrical contractors place of employment. The event will provide high school students and their career development or counseling staff the opportunity to learn about the viability of an electrical career. The event will include four rotational stations, such as conduit bending, wiring boards, proper tool identification and safety, and a workforce discussion to understand the career of an electrician. Our stations will be led by IEC PA contractor members, IEC PA associate partners, volunteers, and apprentice ambassadors.
