Tradesworker Leadership Institute

Since 2007, our community of non-traditional tradesworkers has come together at Oregon Tradeswomen’s annual Tradesworker Leadership Institute (TLI), formerly known as the Tradeswomen Leadership Institute, with the goal of advancing their careers. Oregon Tradeswomen staff design this event to highlight growth and leadership opportunities such as success in apprenticeship, getting involved in your Union, public policy and advocacy, and general career advancement.
