Event Description

The Alliance for the Economic Development of Southern West Virginia is hosting its 6th Annual Small Communities, BIG Solutions Conference in Lewisburg, WV at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. On Nov. 9, Dave Lavender, apprenticeship coordinator from the WV Department of Economic Development is moderating an Apprenticeship Panel with Jeff Hunter (WV Dept of Ed and Grow Your Own Teacher Apprenticeships), Olivia McCuskey (WV Education Alliance), Charlotte Webb (owner of Charleston Property Restoration), and Carol Howerton (workforce director at Marshall Advanced Manufacturing Center).
