Presented by Service Year Alliance, Jobs for the Future, and Next100, this virtual session will highlight how service year programs across the country are incorporating quality pre-apprenticeship curricula and will highlight how employers can leverage the service year network to recruit diverse young talent into their apprenticeship opportunities. The primary audience for this session includes green sector adjacent industries (construction, clean energy, utility, etc.) as well as healthcare employers, but any apprenticeship sponsors that are interested in establishing new diverse talent pipelines are encouraged to join!
