Workforce Innovation Network (WIN) & Black Community Providers Network (BCPN) Celebrate National Apprenticeship Week 2023! Join the Black Community Provider’s Network (BCPN), Workforce Innovation Network (WIN), and partnering organizations to celebrate the 9th Annual National Apprenticeship Week, from November 13-19, 2023! The community will have an opportunity to learn more about accessible apprenticeship trades programs, enrollment, student aid, and about upcoming apprenticeship opportunities.
