IEC of Greater Cincinnati Apprenticeship Celebration!

Independent Electrical Contractors of Greater Cincinnati (IEC Cincy) celebrates National Apprenticeship Week to recognize more than 450 apprentices currently enrolled in our training program. To show our appreciation for our hard working apprentices, IEC Cincy will be giving each student a t-shirt and IEC branded swag. Ideas to show your apprentices appreciation include; providing them with breakfast, lunch, and treats on the job site, sharing words of appreciation, providing them with a gift certificate, having leadership walk the job site and thank them for their contributions, recognizing National Apprenticeship Week on social media and list your apprentices by name, providing new PPE, and so much more! Share your Apprentice Appreciation photos with IEC Cincy by tagging them on social media with #NAW2023 #NAWIECCincy or email your photos to spark@iec-cincy.com with NAW2023 in the subject line. Please remember to include your company name and the names of the apprentices.
