Event Description

This foundational session will explore the core barriers that underserved communities face within the apprenticeship landscape, drawing on data and insights from key federal bodies and US Education and workforce experts. Participants will gain an understanding of the systemic and situational challenges impacting access to apprenticeship for underrepresented groups, such as women, people of color, rural communities, and individuals with disabilities.
